Key Responsibilities: • Develop and continuously update comprehensive physical and financial project progress reports. • Perform detailed material takeoffs, rigorous data logging, and baseline variance tracking. • Conduct continuous unit rate analysis and evaluate actual field costs dynamically against the baseline project budget. • Collaborate directly with the Engineering Head and Finance Department to evaluate and cross-verify financial requisitions before executive authorization. Required Skills & Qualifications • Education: B.Sc . Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Technology & Management (COTM). • Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in construction cost estimation, quantity surveying, or project controls. • Software Proficiency: Advanced, masterful proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data organization) and standard QS software. • Analytical Skills: Proven capacity to analyze cost variances, calculate earned value metrics, and update progress matrices dynamically. • Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with extreme precision in tracking documentation and data records.
