Marketing Supervisor Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Hill Bottom Properties Full-Time About the Role Hill Bottom Properties is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Supervisor to lead our marketing and brand communication initiatives. The successful candidate will drive digital marketing, content creation, public relations, customer engagement, and market development efforts to strengthen our brand and support business growth. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms. • Manage the company's online presence and brand consistency. • Analyze campaign performance and customer insights using analytics tools. • Create and oversee marketing content, including videos, social media content, brochures, and website materials. • Build relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders. • Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities. • Support lead generation and sales conversion initiatives. • Develop marketing plans, KPIs, and performance reports. Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. • 4–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, hospitality, luxury brands, or lifestyle sectors. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and analytics tools. • Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills. • Experience with CRM systems and marketing software. Preferred • Knowledge of the Ethiopian real estate market. • Experience managing influencers, agencies, and creative teams. • Photography, videography, or creative direction experience is an advantage.
