Key Responsibilities • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, social media, and direct outreach. • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and investors. • Conduct property presentations and site visits professionally. • Create engaging property content for social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. • Confidently host and appear in property videos, live streams, interviews, and promotional campaigns. • Respond promptly to inquiries from phone calls, messaging apps, and social media. • Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable properties. • Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities. • Negotiate sales agreements and guide clients through the reservation and closing process. • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and submit regular sales reports. • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop high-performing campaigns. • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred). • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is an advantage. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Confident and professional in front of a camera. • Active and professional social media presence with strong digital communication skills. • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented. • Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms. • Fluency in Amharic is required; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
