We are a growing real estate consultancy company looking for a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Female Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our team. If you have excellent communication skills, a knack for negotiation, and a passion for the real estate market, we want you. Main Roles and Responsibilities • Information Management: Maintain and continuously update comprehensive real estate data, including current pricing, property availability and new project locations. • Deal Finalization: Guide clients through the buying, handle negotiations and successfully close sales. • B2B Partnerships: Initiate and manage strategic B2B agreements with real estate developers (only when needed). • Property Showings: Coordinate and conduct on-site property visits with prospective clients (on an as-needed basis). • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both individual buyers and developer partners to ensure a smooth sales pipeline. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience in sales, promotion, or the real estate sector is a plus. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail for managing property data. Perks and Benefits • Base Salary: 15,000 ETB per month. • Commission
