JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Receptionist & Assistant Role Purpose To manage front-desk operations, ensure excellent customer experience, and support daily business activities while preparing for technical and managerial growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Front Desk & Customer Experience Welcome clients professionally Manage bookings (phone, walk-in, social media) Handle payments and issue receipts Maintain a clean, organized reception area 2. Administrative Support Record daily sales and appointments Assist in stock tracking (wax, strips, materials) Support marketing efforts (posting, responding to inquiries) 3. Operational Support Prepare treatment rooms before sessions Assist technicians when needed Ensure hygiene standards are maintained 4. Sales & Upselling Recommend services and products Encourage repeat bookings Promote packages and offers 5. Learning & Development Participate in waxing training Learn customer handling and service delivery Gradually assist in basic waxing procedures KPIs (Performance Indicators) Customer satisfaction level Booking efficiency Sales conversion rate Punctuality and attendance Learning progress JOB SPECIFICATION Minimum Requirements Education: High school diploma (minimum) Language: Amharic (required), basic English (preferred) Experience: 0–2 years (customer service preferred) Skills & Competencies 1. Core Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic numeracy (handling cash, simple records) Organizational ability 2. Personal Traits Clean and presentable appearance Polite, calm, and professional High level of discipline and honesty Willingness to learn and grow 3.
