As a key member of our team, you'll help keep things running smoothly and provide great service to our students.   RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide outstanding customer service both in-person and virtually. • Answer calls, messages and social media inquiries promptly and professionally. • Share information about our services and resolve customer questions. • Follow up with leads and existing clients to build strong relationships. • Close sales by guiding customers through the registration process. • Collect documents, process payments, and schedule classes. • Keep the reception area neat, organized, and presentable. • Manage attendance records and student files accurately. • Support with basic administrative tasks to keep the office running. • Maintain confidentiality of all student and company information.   REQUIREMENTS • Age: 24 or above. • 1–3 years of customer service experience (language school experience is a plus). • Strong communication skills in both Amharic and English. • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. • Friendly, proactive, and motivated to close sales and earn commissions. • Basic computer skills (email, MS Office, and Google Sheets). • Punctual, responsible and passionate about helping people.   What We Offer • Base salary + exciting commissions and bonuses for every student you sign up. • Opportunity to grow your role as we expand. • Supportive team where your hard work is appreciated. • Real chance to make a real impact on students’ lives – and your own!
