We are looking for a professional, customer-focused, and organized Receptionist to join our team. Key Responsibilities • Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner. • Manage hotel reservations and bookings through online travel platforms, including Booking.com , Airbnb, and Expedia. • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently. • Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person. • Coordinate room availability and update booking systems accurately. • Process payments and maintain accurate guest records. • Address guest concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations. Requirements • Previous experience working as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a similar hospitality role. • Proven experience using Booking.com , Airbnb, Expedia, and other online reservation systems. • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written). • Fluency in Amharic is preferred. • Arabic language skills are a strong advantage. • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. • Good computer skills and familiarity with hotel management systems. • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays when required. • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
