Key Responsibilities - Greet and assist visitors, clients, and partners with professionalism. - Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries. - Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules. - Maintain reception area and showroom presentation standards. - Provide administrative support to office and sales teams. Requirements - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Previous experience in reception or customer service preferred. - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is an advantage.
