We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The Receptionist will handle front desk responsibilities, answer phone calls, manage appointments, and provide general administrative support. Key Responsibilities: • Welcome and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner. • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls. • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings. • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries. • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable. • Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and visitors. • Perform data entry, filing, photocopying, and other administrative tasks. • Coordinate with other departments as needed. • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary. • Maintain confidentiality of company and client information. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (certificate or diploma in office administration is an advantage). • Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
