Mohan Ops is hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) for a US-based auto glass repair company. This is an outbound calling role — you'll be on the phone with US customers, booking appointments and generating leads for the sales team. This role is for confident talkers. If you have a great phone presence, thick skin, and you're motivated by hitting targets, this is for you. What You'll Do • Make outbound calls to US-based customers • Introduce our client's auto glass repair and replacement services and spark interest • Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team • Follow a script while sounding natural, not robotic • Handle objections and rejection without losing energy • Log calls and outcomes in a CRM • Hit daily and weekly call and booking targets What We're Looking For • Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident, friendly phone voice • Resilience — you can hear "no" all day and keep your energy up • Persuasive and personable — people enjoy talking to you • Self-motivated and driven by targets • Coachable — you take feedback and improve fast • Reliable and consistent Nice to Have (not required) • Experience in cold calling, telesales, SDR, call center, or appointment setting • Experience calling US customers • Familiarity with CRMs or dialer software Requirements • Reliable high-speed internet (with a backup) — essential for call quality • A quiet space with no background noise during calls • A working computer and a good headset with a clear microphone • Available full-time during US business hours (afternoon–evening/night in Ethiopia) What We Offer • Base pay + commission for booked appointments and results • Long-term role with a growing company • Training and support from Mohan Ops How to Apply APPLICATIONS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED THROUGH THIS LINK AND NOT ON TELEGRAM.
