Key Responsibilities Operations & Service • Supervise daily restaurant and café operations • Ensure high standards of customer service and hospitality • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally • Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed Staff Supervision • Supervise waiters, baristas, cashiers, and service staff • Prepare duty rosters and manage staff attendance • Train new staff on service standards and policies • Enforce discipline, grooming, and professional behavior Cash & Sales Control • Monitor daily sales and cashier reports • Ensure proper cash handling procedures • Support upselling and service efficiency • Coordinate with cost control and management on discrepancies Cleanliness & Standards • Ensure dining area, counters, restrooms, and service stations are clean • Ensure food presentation and service timing meet standards • Enforce hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance Coordination & Reporting • Coordinate with kitchen and pastry teams for smooth service • Report daily operations, incidents, and staff issues to management • Support promotions, events, and special service requirements
