Job description
Assist waitstaff in serving food and beverages to guests. Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly. Wash dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment. Support the kitchen with basic food preparation and ingredient handling. Purchase food, beverages, and operational supplies as instructed by management. Verify purchased items against purchase requests and receipts. Assist with receiving, checking, and organizing deliveries and inventory. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations. Refill restaurant supplies and ensure service stations are well stocked. Assist with event setup, breakdown, and restaurant operations as required. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times. Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Supervisor or Manager.
