We are looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Sales and Marketing Manage r to lead our sales and marketing activities and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets. • Manage and supervise retail sales operations and sales team performance. • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand awareness activities. • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis. • Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. • Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure product availability. • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Qualifications and Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing management , preferably in the ICT sector. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Experience in retail sales management and business development. • Knowledge of ICT products and solutions is an advantage. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Strong analytical and reporting skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
