Key Responsibilities: ·        Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our ICT solutions and products to potential clients. ·        Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and market research. ·        Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, offering exceptional customer service and ongoing support. ·        Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our solutions remain competitive. ·        Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. ·        Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and lead progress. ·        Provide feedback to the product development and management teams based on client needs and market insights. Qualifications and Requirements: ·        A background in a similar sales or marketing role within the ICT sector, with a strong understanding of sales techniques and client management. Preferred   ·        Knowledge and experience in selling ICT solutions, products, or services (hardware, software, networking, etc.). Preferred ·        Demonstrated ability to generate leads, nurture relationships, and close sales. ·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers effectively. ·        Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding sales targets and delivering measurable outcomes. ·        Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. ·        A passion for technology and staying updated on the latest ICT trends. ·        Excellent organizational and time-management skills. ·        A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions. ·        A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
