Zafro Furniture is looking for a confident, trustworthy, and design-minded Sales / Architect to join our showroom sales team. This is not a normal sales job. The right person will help customers choose furniture that fits their home, their style, their space, and their budget — while confidently guiding them toward the right buying decision. Why This Role Matters Many customers want to buy furniture, but they are unsure about: • Which color looks best • What size fits their space • Which design matches their home • What package gives them the best value • Whether custom furniture is the right choice Your role is to make customers feel confident, advised, and excited to buy from Zafro. You will help increase showroom sales by giving expert advice and turning customer interest into confirmed orders. What You Will Do • Welcome and consult customers in the showroom • Understand customer needs, taste, budget, and home style • Recommend the right furniture, colors, sizes, layouts, and materials • Help customers choose sofas, dining sets, beds, and other home furniture • Explain furniture designs clearly and professionally • Use design knowledge to guide customers toward better buying decisions • Convince customers with trust, confidence, and strong product knowledge • Prepare or support furniture design ideas when needed • Help with 3D design or visual presentation when possible • Follow up with serious buyers and leads • Help increase showroom sales and customer conversion • Contribute ideas for furniture expert social media content • Potentially appear in social media content as a furniture/design expert Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is: • Sales-driven • Confident with customers • Trustworthy and professional • Detail-oriented • Design-minded • Good at explaining ideas clearly • Comfortable advising customers • Strong at follow-up • Interested in home furniture and interiors • Able to guide customers without being too pushy • Serious about sales results Requirements • Degree in architecture, interior design, furniture, or related fields • Good understanding of color, size, design, layout, and furniture style • Strong customer communication skills • Ability to confidently advise and convince customers • Basic computer skills • Good follow-up habits • Professional appearance and behavior • Ability to learn Zafro’s products, packages, and offers • Strong interest in home furniture and interior design Bonus Skills These are not mandatory, but they are a strong advantage: • AutoCAD • SketchUp • 3D furniture/interior design • Interior design experience • Furniture showroom experience • Custom furniture knowledge • Social media content confidence • Ability to present furniture advice on camera What Makes This Role Exciting - Has an attractive commission per Sale
