Alet Technology is building AletCloud Ethiopia's sovereign cloud platform. We help businesses host their apps, servers, databases, and storage inside Ethiopia, pay in Birr with no forex, and deploy in minutes. We're a fast-growing Ethiopian tech company, and we're building our sales team to bring AletCloud to businesses across the country. The role We're looking for two driven B2B sales professionals to find, pitch, and win business customers for AletCloud — from startups and developers to fintechs, enterprises, and government. You'll own the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, demos, and closing. What you'll do Identify and reach out to potential business customers (calls, visits, follow-ups) Understand customer needs and present how AletCloud solves them Run product demos and guide prospects from interest to signed customer Build and manage your own pipeline in our CRM Hit and exceed monthly sales targets Maintain strong relationships and grow existing accounts What we're looking for Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience (tech, telecom, software, SaaS, or a related field preferred) A hunter comfortable with cold outreach, office visits, and chasing deals Good spoken skill Tech-comfortable — able to learn and explain a cloud/software product clearly (an engineering background is NOT required) Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient Existing network of business contacts is a strong plus What we offer Competitive base salary + attractive performance commission (top performers earn significantly more) Real growth opportunity be part of building Ethiopia's cloud from the ground up A dynamic, ambitious team and a product you'll be proud to sell
