The Sales Consultant is responsible for selling products by building networks and relationships with clients and service partners using solid arguments to prospective customers. The role includes achieving weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics and maintaining positive business relationships to support future sales. Responsibilities • Undertake assigned tasks professionally on behalf of the Company. • Make daily efforts to sell the apartment units and support the achievement of sales performance goals. • Represent the Company and its apartment units with a high level of professionalism, credibility, and integrity. • Seek and identify potential buyers for apartment units, promote sales diligently, and forward all customer inquiries and relevant information to the Company. • Identify and respond to client needs and provide appropriate information. • Follow up on customer orders and inquiries as necessary. • Anticipate customer needs and support a smooth customer experience. • Meet sales targets by monitoring progress and following the sales plan. Job Requirements Educational Level: Bachelor’s degree in any fields. Experience: Zero (0) years required (Fresh Graduate). Knowledge Requirements • Basic to good computer skills (MS Office) and familiarity with CRM tools (training will be provided where needed). • Customer service mindset with strong persuasive skills. • Excellent customer care and focus, including the ability to assess customer needs and provide correct guidance. • Ability to communicate with potential customers over the phone in Amharic and (when necessary) in English. Required Abilities • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Creative thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Willingness to learn and support analysis of sales data. • Strong presentation skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team. • Highly self-motivated and target-driven.
