We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Customer Support Officer to join our team in Hawassa. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, meeting potential clients, building strong business relationships, and providing excellent customer support to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities • Generate and qualify new sales leads. • Conduct outdoor visits and meetings with companies to introduce and promote our services. • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely support. • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally. • Follow up with prospective and existing clients to maintain engagement. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Requirements • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in sales . • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and manage field activities effectively. • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and online communication tools) • Fluency in Amharic and English is required.
