We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our international growth by identifying and engaging potential clients across global markets, including North America, Europe, and the Middle East. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a strong outbound pipeline, qualifying leads, and setting up high-value meetings for our sales team. Key Focus Areas • Target and engage international prospects through cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls). • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs and buying potential. • Schedule product demos and discovery calls with decision-makers. • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of global opportunities. • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging for international audiences. • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track outreach performance. Ideal Candidate Profile • Experience working with international clients (US/EU markets preferred). • Strong written and spoken English communication skills. • Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume prospecting. • Understanding of SaaS, ERP, or BPO services is a strong advantage. • Ability to work flexible hours aligned with international time zones. • Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive in generating opportunities.
