This role combines Sales Representative and Digital Marketing Specialist responsibilities into one position. Key Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities • Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities. • Generate and qualify leads through online and offline channels. • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. • Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals. • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals. • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Maintain and update customer records and sales pipelines. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Digital Marketing Responsibilities • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns. • Manage the company's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). • Create and schedule engaging content and promotional campaigns. • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI. • Manage email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns. • Collaborate with designers and developers to create marketing materials. • Improve brand awareness and online engagement. • Analyze website and social media analytics and prepare performance reports.
