Currently, we are looking for a young and energetic individual with the dedication and commitment, fitting our company's aspirations, ready to work on the direct and tender sales within our Water & Power Solutions Division. Duties and responsibilities: Duties and responsibilities include but is not limited to: * Identify and pursue sales opportunities for solar pumping systems, electric pumps, and related water and power solutions. * Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents in line with client requirements. * Conduct pump sizing, basic system design, and product selection based on project specifications. * Follow up on quotations, tenders, and customer inquiries to maximize conversion opportunities. * Monitor tender portals, prepare bid summaries, and ensure compliance with submission requirements and deadlines. * Conduct client visits, site assessments, and technical presentations when required. * Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity and performance reports. Qualifications & Skills * BSc Degree in Water Resources, Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field. * 1–2 years of experience in sales or project work related to solar pumping systems, electric pumps, or water supply solutions. * Good understanding of pump sizing, hydraulic calculations, and basic solar pumping system design. * Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals. * Strong communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills. * Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Preferred Qualities * Self-driven, results-oriented, and eager to learn. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Willingness to travel for client visits, site assessments, and project support. * Passion for sustainable water and energy solutions.
