The Sales is responsible for driving business growth by identifying, acquiring, and managing merchants and business partners for the company's payment gateway solutions. The role involves generating new business opportunities, conducting product presentations, negotiating commercial agreements, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for clients. The Sales will work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities • Identify and acquire new merchants, e-commerce businesses, corporate clients, and strategic partners. • Promote and sell payment gateway, online payment, QR payment, POS, ERP, CRM And other digital payment solutions • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, banks, fintech companies, and key stakeholders. • Conduct product demonstrations and explain the features and benefits of payment solutions. • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial agreements. • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to merchant onboarding. • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful implementation and integration. • Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging payment technologies. • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and prepare regular sales and performance reports. • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
