We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical & Laboratory Sales Representative to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: • Promote and sell pharmaceutical products, laboratory reagents, and medical devices to hospitals, laboratories, clinics, and pharmacies. • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key customers. • Identify new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets. • Conduct product presentations and provide technical information to customers. • Prepare sales reports and monitor market trends and competitor activities. • Coordinate with the technical and logistics teams to ensure excellent customer service. Required Skills & Experience: • Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, medical equipment, or laboratory diagnostics sales. • Strong knowledge of the Ethiopian medical and laboratory market. • Experience selling laboratory reagents, diagnostic equipment, or medical devices is highly preferred. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
