Job Title: Sales Manager We are currently hiring a sales Manager for one of our clients, a leading Ethiopian woodwork and furniture manufacturer specializing in high-quality doors, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, office and home furniture, customized woodwork, and interior finishing solutions. As part of its continued expansion, the company is seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, build strategic client relationships, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in the woodwork, furniture, interior finishing, construction materials, real estate project sales, or a related industry. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets. • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and departmental KPIs. • Identify and develop new business opportunities with homeowners, contractors, real estate developers, architects, interior designers, corporate clients, and institutions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts. • Oversee lead generation, quotation preparation, pricing, negotiations, and sales conversion. • Coordinate closely with design, production, delivery, and installation teams to ensure customer commitments are achieved. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer need to identify new business opportunities. • Ensure excellent customer service and effective after-sales follow-up. • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. • Minimum 7 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in a sales management or leadership role. • Previous experience in woodworks, furniture manufacturing, interior finishing, construction materials, building materials, real estate project sales, home improvement products, or a closely related sector. • Proven experience in developing sales strategies, managing high-performing sales teams, and consistently achieving sales targets. • Experience using CRM, ERP, or other sales management systems is an advantage. Required Skills • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. • Strong understanding of project sales and technical products. • Commercial awareness with sound pricing and sales planning skills. • Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities. • Customer-focused with high integrity and a results-driven mindset.
