Sales & Outreach Specialist (Outbound Calls + Email Marketing) We're looking for a driven Sales & Outreach Specialist to generate leads, connect with prospects, and convert interest into sales through outbound calling and email campaigns. You'll be the first point of contact for many potential customers, so strong communication and persistence are key.   Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce products/services, qualify leads, and close sales • Plan, write, and send targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects using our in-house CRM  • Follow up consistently with leads via phone and email until a decision is reached • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls, emails, and closed deals • Track and report on outreach metrics (call volume, response rates, conversions) • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update contact databases • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve campaign performance Requirements • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or outbound outreach (1–3 years preferred) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Comfortable making a high volume of calls and handling rejection professionally • Familiarity with email marketing tools • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace Nice to Have • Experience selling to international markets (e.g., US clients) • Knowledge of basic sales metrics and A/B testing for email campaigns
