We are seeking a relentless, high-energy Sales & Promotion Representative to join our team and drive our direct sales efforts. Role Overview This is a dual-focus role requiring a unique mix of an aggressive "hunter" mentality in the field and strong administrative diligence in the office. You will be responsible for bringing in new business from scratch—walking door-to-door to pitch clients, cold calling leads, drafting high-impact B2B proposals, and managing the financial aspect of the deal up to the final payment collection. Direct Field Sales & Prospecting • Door-to-Door (D2D) Outreach: Actively visit businesses, retail hubs, and corporate offices across Addis Ababa to introduce Fetan’s advertising and LED screen solutions to key decision-makers. • Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Systematically identify, research, and cold-call potential B2B clients to secure face-to-face pitch meetings. • Brand Promotion: Act as the primary face of Fetan, presenting our services with premium professionalism and clear value propositions. 2. Deal Structuring & Proposal Development • B2B Proposals: Prepare clear, tailored, and persuasive business proposals outlining project scope, technical solutions, and return on investment (ROI). • Financial Structuring: Formulate realistic payment terms and contract structures that align with corporate cash flow guidelines while closing the deal. • Negotiation: Navigate client objections, pricing discussions, and contract terms to secure win-win agreements. 3. Account Management & Collections • Payment Follow-up: Take full ownership of the post-sale cycle by systematically following up with clients to ensure timely milestone and final payments. • Relationship Management: Maintain excellent relationships with clients throughout the hardware fabrication and installation phases to secure repeat business and referrals. Requirements & Qualifications • Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, corporate promotion, outdoor advertising, or technical product sales (electronics/hardware/construction materials). • Mindset: Highly resilient with a proven track record of handling sales rejection and meeting aggressive sales targets. • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in Amharic is required; professional English proficiency is highly preferred. • Skills: Strong negotiation skills, basic financial literacy (for calculating quotes and payment structures), and experience drafting corporate proposals. • Have the ability to be on camera for social media and promote the company • Attributes: Excellent grooming, time management, and a highly disciplined approach to tracking a sales pipeline.
