About the role We're building a platform that helps travel and experience businesses in Ethiopia operate more efficiently by simplifying customer management, bookings, and day-to-day operations. We're looking for a Sales Executive to identify potential partners, introduce our solution, close new accounts, and help customers get started successfully. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role focused on building trust and growing our network. What you'll do • Identify and reach out to travel and experience providers across Ethiopia • Present the platform through demos and consultations • Build relationships and convert prospects into paying customers • Support new customers during onboarding and initial setup • Gather customer feedback and market insights • Meet weekly targets for outreach, demos, and new accounts What we're looking for • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or service sales • Understanding of Ethiopia's tourism, travel, hospitality, or outdoor industries • Comfortable communicating through WhatsApp, phone, and video calls • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own sales pipeline • Fluent English; Amharic is a strong advantage • Based in Addis Ababa with an established local network Skills required • B2B relationship sales • Prospecting and lead generation • Product presentations and demos • Customer onboarding • Strong communication skills • English fluency • Amharic fluency (preferred) What we offer • Fully remote within Ethiopia • Competitive base salary plus commission • Opportunity to work closely with the founding team • Flexible working hours with a focus on results
