You will visit hospitals, specialized clinics, and medical centers across Addis Ababa to pitch MEDesign’s marketing and creative packages directly to healthcare executives and administrators Key Responsibilities B2B Field Sales : Conduct daily outreach to clinics and hospitals to pitch our branding, video production, and digital marketing services. Client Acquisition : Map the local market, identify healthcare brands needing a stronger digital presence, and close contract deals. Account Management : Build and maintain trusted relationships with acquired medical institutions. Requirements & Qualifications Background : Medical professionals (Doctors, Pharmacists, Nurses, Health Officers) are highly preferred due to their understanding of clinical language and compliance. Alternative : Experienced B2B sales professionals with a proven track record closing service contracts in Addis Ababa.
