Educational Background: - Bachelor's degree in Nursing. - Additional certifications in customer service, sales, or relevant health and wellness fields are a plus. 2. Experience: - Minimum of 1 year experience in a sales or customer care role, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or aesthetic industry. - Experience in selling or promoting services like facials, blood cupping, massage, and skincare treatments is highly desirable. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. 3. Skills: - Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Excellent customer service and handling - Strong intrapersonal skills - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. - Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. - Good organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. - Ability to handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests effectively. 4. Language Proficiency: - Fluency in Amharic and English is preferable, Afaan Oromo is a plus.
