About the Role We are looking for a passionate, eager, and highly motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. What You Will Do • High-Volume Prospecting: Execute an aggressive outbound strategy, successfully reaching out to a minimum of 200 potential leads per day via telemarketing and messaging. • Close on the Phone: Manage the entire sales cycle from the initial cold call to securing the payment, relying on your persuasive communication skills. • Pipeline Management: Meticulously track and update lead statuses, daily activities, and follow-ups within our CRM system to keep the sales funnel highly organized. • Strategic Selling: Apply deep knowledge of sales processes and conversion strategies to qualify leads effectively and maximize your close rate. • Accountability & Reporting: Take full ownership of your metrics, providing clear, daily reports on outbound volume, conversion rates, and pipeline health. Who We Are Looking For • Proven Closer: You have demonstrated experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar high-volume outbound role, specifically selling digital services over the phone. • CRM Savvy: You have hands-on experience working with CRM systems and modern sales tech tools to manage a pipeline. • Persuasive Communicator: You possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a proven ability to convince prospects and overcome objections smoothly. • Process-Oriented: You have a strong understanding of sales funnels, pipeline stages, and what it takes to move a prospect from a cold lead to a "Won" deal. • Driven & Independent: You are highly target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented. You manage your time effectively without needing to be micromanaged.
