As part of our growth, we are seeking professional and passionate real estate sales Supervisor to join our team. Duties and responsibilities : · Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and training · Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to enhance the team's skills · Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions · Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets · Monitor sales pipeline and forecasting, identifying risks and opportunities · Analyze sales data and provide insights to management team to assist inform business decisions · Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures · Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and promote professional development · Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to effectively position the company's offerings · Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and ensure seamless operations Qualification : · Bachelor's degree · Above 2 years of work experience as a Sales Representative or Senior Sales Representative in the real estate industry. · Acting supervisor or previous supervisor position in a real estate environment is a plus.
