Job description
The successful candidate should possess a Diploma/TVET Level IV in Plumbing, Sanitary Technology, Building Construction, or a related field, with 4–6 years of relevant construction experience, including at least 2 years of experience at a Foreman or supervisory level. Demonstrated ability to supervise plumbing and sanitary installation works, coordinate site teams, interpret technical drawings, inspect work quality, troubleshoot plumbing systems, enforce health and safety standards, and ensure timely completion of assigned construction activities is essential. The position is project-based.
