Our mission is to help our students become better equipped for real life through exceptional education. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our SAT training centers. The role involves managing a 1.5-month intensive SAT training program, ensuring high-quality delivery, student satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in education/training management, and the ability to oversee logistics, faculty, and student performance. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the SAT training center in the designated city location. • Ensure smooth execution of the 1.5-month training program, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics. • Manage classroom facilities, study materials, and technology (e.g., projectors, online tools) • Supervise SAT trainers/instructors, ensuring teaching quality and adherence to the curriculum. • Monitor student progress, conduct feedback sessions, and implement improvements. • Coordinate mock tests, performance tracking, and personalized student support. • Act as the primary point of contact for students and parents regarding program queries. • Resolve student concerns (attendance, performance, scheduling conflicts). • Work with the central marketing team to promote the SAT program locally. • Build relationships with schools, counselors, and education influencers for student referrals. • Prepare reports on student enrollment and attendance • Maintain a safe and productive learning environment for students and instructors.
