About the Role We are looking for a motivated sales professional to secure partnership agreements with private schools across Addis Ababa. This is a field-based sales role that involves meeting school owners and principals, presenting our education platforms, and closing partnership deals. Responsibilities • Prospect and visit private schools. • Present BTT's partnership program. • Build relationships with school decision-makers. • Negotiate and close partnership agreements. • Achieve monthly sales targets. • Maintain and grow partner relationships. • Prepare and submit weekly sales activity and partnership reports. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience. • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. • Fluent in Amharic and English. • Comfortable with fieldwork and client meetings. • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience working with private schools, educational institutions, or NGOs • Existing professional network within the education sector is an advantage. • Experience in partnership development, institutional outreach, or business development.
