Job description
The successful candidate should possess a BA or MA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Cooperative Accounting and Auditing, or a related field. BA Degree holders should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, while MA Degree holders should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within SACCOs, cooperatives, microfinance institutions, or banking organizations. Managerial experience is an advantage. Demonstrated ability to manage accounting and financial operations, prepare and analyze financial reports, oversee audits, ensure regulatory compliance, manage financial records, and supervise accounting staff is essential.
