Role Description: The position Candidate needs to have an in-depth knowledge and an excellent on hand track records of an accounting tasks which ranges from implementing accounting policy and internal Control, Tax filing and declaration roles, Advance and settlement roles. Moreover, the ideal candidate should have the right skill on the overall financial transaction and operation. Qualifications: BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required. Work Experience and Skills: Ø 6 or more years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with at least 4 years and above in a senior or supervisory role, preferably in the real estate and coffee export industry. Ø Proven experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements. Ø Strong background in using Peachtree accounting and month-end/year-end closing processes. Ø Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Ø Exposure to audit, tax compliance, and internal control procedures. Ø Experience in mentoring or supervising accounting staff is highly desirable. Ø Industry experience in Real Estate and coffee processing and exporting is an advantage. Ø Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
