1. Financial Analysis and Reporting Analyze and interpret financial data to provide actionable insights for decision-making. Prepare cash flow statements and comprehensive financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Deliver financial forecasts, variance analysis, and budget performance reviews. 2. Taxation and Compliance Prepare monthly VAT declarations and other government tax obligations, ensuring submission within deadlines. Ensure compliance with Ethiopian tax laws, financial reporting standards, and statutory regulations. Liaise with tax authorities to handle audits and queries effectively. Job Requirements Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Experience: Minimum of six (5) years of professional experience, including at least three (3) years in a senior finance management role. Technical Skills: Proficient in Peachtree accounting software and other financial tools. Strong understanding of Ethiopian statutory legislation, tax regulations, and compliance standards. Industry Knowledge: Must be well-informed and up-to-date on Ethiopian financial rules, regulations, and industry legislation. Proven ability to adapt to changes in regulatory requirements and integrate them into financial operations seamlessly. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and inspire a team while maintaining high standards.
