Main Duties and Responsibilities:  Market Development:  Identify and explore new market opportunities to drive growth. Develop and execute strategies to onboard new clients and expand into new markets.  Client Retention and Engagement:  Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients. Proactively follow up on client needs, address concerns, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.  Client and Partner Representation:  Act on behalf of EASE Group in dealings with clients and partners. Manage communications, negotiate terms, and handle contractual agreements effectively.  Event Participation:  Attend and represent EASE Group at conferences, meetings, and industry events. Network with industry professionals, gather market insights, and promote the company’s solutions.  Meeting Coordination:  Organize and lead meetings, presentations, and detailed explanation sessions for clients and stakeholders. Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and solutions. Value Enhancement:  Enhance the value of current customer relationships through strategic upselling and cross-selling. Develop and implement strategies to maximize business potential and client satisfaction.  Sales Improvement:  Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify areas for sales improvement. Implement strategies to achieve business development targets.  Client Management:  Ensure client requests and complaints are addressed promptly. Provide exceptional service to maintain and grow client accounts. Qualification and Experience: Education:   Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, and construction management, or related fields is desired, or a master’s degree in business administration and marketing, or related fields. Experience:   5+ years of experience in sales, procurement, account management, marketing, or other relevant experience (preferably in construction and real estate sector).  Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.  Track record of successfully achieving or overachieving goals. Expertise:    Strong skills in prospecting, including cold calling and utilizing social media for outreach.  Fearless and positive attitude – willing to take intelligent risks while being a team player and resilient in the face of challenges.  Strong time management skills: ability to prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, work with others and follow through to execute all tasks.  Self-starter – always looking for ways to do the job better and never waiting to be told what to do.  Flexibility – changing approach and methods to best fit any situation with a proactive outlook.  High emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics Knowledge:    Excellent verbal and written communication skills; a clear, concise, and compelling storyteller.  Prior experience using CRM tools is desired but not required.
