We are looking for a Senior Content Idea Generator / Content Strategist to join ACC immediately. Responsibilities • Generate creative and engaging content ideas aligned with brand goals. • Analyze brands, audiences, and market trends to develop effective content strategies. • Research and identify engaging content patterns, trends, and opportunities. • Explain and present content ideas clearly to the creative and social media team. • Maintain brand consistency across all content. • Understand and apply platform strategies for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X. • Analyze social media algorithms and create content optimized for growth and engagement. • Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams. • Deliver content plans and ideas on time. Requirements • Minimum 3+ years of direct professional experience in content creation and content strategy. • Strong experience generating content ideas for brands and digital platforms. • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X trends and algorithms. • Excellent research, storytelling, and creative thinking skills. • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). • Ability to communicate clearly with teams and explain creative concepts. • Strong understanding of branding and audience engagement.
