We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Master Data Management (MDM) Expert to lead and shape our enterprise-scale data management initiatives. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our data strategy, ensuring that our critical data assets are accurate, governed, and optimized to support key business objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise MDM solutions. • Establish and enforce robust data governance frameworks, policies, and data quality standards across the organization. • Act as the bridge between technical teams and executive stakeholders, translating complex business needs into scalable data architecture. • Evaluate, implement, and manage leading MDM platforms and related data integration tools. • Champion data best practices and drive organizational change to treat data as a strategic enterprise asset. Required Qualifications: • Extensive hands-on experience leading MDM initiatives and complex enterprise data management programs. • Deep functional and technical expertise in data governance, data quality, and enterprise data architecture. • Proven track record of working with leading MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica, SAP MDG, Reltio, Semarchy, Profisee). • Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration (ETL/ELT), and master data synchronization. • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
