Potomac Outreach is seeking an experienced Senior Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team. This role is for a top tier professional who can consistently deliver exceptional visual content through compelling motion design. Requirements: 3+ years of proven professional experience in motion graphics, preferably in a fast paced agency or production environment Exceptional portfolio showcasing high end motion design, animation, and storytelling across multiple formats (social, ads, branded content, etc.) Expert level proficiency in Adobe After Effects, with strong working knowledge of Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant tools Advanced understanding of animation principles, including timing, pacing, composition, and transitions Strong command of typography and visual hierarchy, with the ability to design and animate text that enhances storytelling Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas from brief to final delivery High attention to detail with pixel perfect execution and a strong eye for design consistency Ability to take direction and feedback constructively, while also bringing creative input and problem solving skills Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a track record of meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality Experience optimizing content for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) is highly preferred How to Apply: Please submit a link to your portfolio or a Google Drive (or similar cloud storage) folder containing your best and most recent work.
