Job description
The successful candidate should be a qualified Medical Doctor (MD) from a recognized institution, with a Master’s Degree in Public Health (MPH) or another relevant field preferred. A minimum of 15 years of progressive professional experience in Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) coordination and leadership is required. Demonstrated expertise in SRH programming, health systems strengthening, program coordination, strategic planning, clinical and public health services, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership is essential. Strong leadership, analytical, communication, coordination, decision-making, and program management skills are highly desirable.
