Statement of the Purpose The job holder is responsible for managing security-related registration processes and reporting activities; and focuses on ensuring compliance, accuracy, and transparency in securities registration and disclosures. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: • Proposing and implementing solutions to address legal and practical gaps in securities registration and reporting. • Ensure that securities being registered meet regulatory standards, disclosure obligations, and relevant legal frameworks • Review security registration applications for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements • Identify and report any potential legal or compliance issues in the registration or disclosure process. • Maintain well-organized records of security registration applications, approvals, and supporting documentation • Interact with issuers and market participants to facilitate the security registration process, address inquiries, and provide updates • Prepare accurate and timely reports on registered securities, disclosures, and other relevant information for regulatory oversight • Collaborate with internal teams, legal advisors, issuers, and regulatory authorities to facilitate security registration and reporting • Coordinate communication with external auditors, law firms, and other professional service providers involved in the securities registration process. • Corporate structuring and reorganizing, and corporate governance • Advising investors in legal aspects and shareholders' rights • Receiving, reviewing, and processing legal and financial documents for regulatory compliance • Drafting and reviewing complex commercial agreements • Company due diligence and documentation management • Performs related works as required Qualification Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or above in Law or related field from an Accredited or recognized learning institution. • 6 years of relevant working experience Behavioral Competencies/Attributes: • Knowledge of country company laws and capital market instruments. • Strong legal analysis and research skills. • Experience in reviewing legal and financial documents for regulatory compliance. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Strong analytical and critical thinking capability • High level of detail and accuracy in the review of regulatory filings. • Ability to demonstrate a high level of integrity and confidentiality. • Ability to organize and manage time to provide timely completion of multiple tasks. • Proficiency in MS Office and use of communication platforms and tools • Certifications in corporate finance, capital markets, or related
