Senior Solution Architect (B2B Enterprise Systems) Reporting To: Project Manager & B2B Engineering Head Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect with a strong backend engineering background and expertise in large-scale B2B systems . In this role, you will design scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise architectures. You will serve as the core technical bridge across our delivery teams, working directly with our Project Manager, Business Analyst (BA), Backend Tech Lead, and Frontend Tech Lead to translate complex business needs into clear, buildable system designs. Core Responsibilities: • Enterprise Architecture Design: Architect high-throughput, resilient B2B platforms using microservices, event-driven architecture, robust API strategies, and scalable database schemas. • Backend Leadership: Leverage your deep backend background to guide database design, API design (REST, gRPC), messaging pipelines (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP). • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Project Manager on timelines, risk management, and effort estimations. Work with the Business Analyst to translate B2B logic and functional specs into technical blueprints. Collaborate with Backend and Frontend Tech Leads to establish clean integration standards, API payload contracts, and system boundaries. • Governance & Strategy: Work with the CTO to ensure software designs align with long-term tech strategy, security standards (OAuth2, RBAC), and cloud cost efficiency. Key Requirements: • Experience: 6+ years in software engineering, with 2+ years in a Solution Architect or Principal Engineer role. • Backend Expertise: Proven background in backend development (Java, Go, C#, Python, Node.js) with distributed systems design. • B2B Experience: Demonstrated experience architecting large enterprise systems, multi-tenant SaaS, or complex integrations. • Cloud & Modern Stack: Hands-on experience with Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, NoSQL). • Team-Oriented: Exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of bridging technical discussions between PMs, BAs, and Engineering Leads.
