Statement of the Purpose The position holder will play a crucial role in ensuring the Authority's ability to secure strategic partnerships that support its various initiatives and objectives. This position is pivotal in cultivating relationships with external stakeholders, fostering collaboration, and driving the Authority's strategic goals. The officer will work to enhance the Authority's profile, promote its objectives, and facilitate impactful partnerships that contribute to its mission and long-term sustainability. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: • Identify, initiate, and cultivate high-level relationships with potential partners, including financial institutions, regulatory bodies, government agencies, and industry associations. Collaborate to develop mutually beneficial projects and programs that align with the Ethiopian Capital Markets Authority's mission and strategic objectives. • Maintain and enhance effective communication and engagement with existing partners, ensuring their sustained involvement and contributions to the authority’s initiatives. Foster these relationships through regular updates, appreciation initiatives, and collaborative efforts. • Represent the Ethiopian Capital Markets Authority in key forums, conferences, and events to elevate the organization’s profile and expand its network of strategic partners. Act as the primary ambassador for the Authority, effectively promoting its objectives and achievements. • Analyze market trends and partnership opportunities, preparing comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and the board. Provide strategic updates on partnership development activities and their alignment with organizational goals. • Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams within the Ethiopian Capital Markets Authority, leveraging expertise across departments to create impactful partnership opportunities that drive organizational success.
