Responsibilities Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose and repair office machines, computers, and network equipment efficiently and effectively. Network Installation: Install, configure, and maintain network systems, ensuring optimal performance and security. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and maintaining strong client relationships. On-Site Support: Travel to client locations as needed to perform repairs and maintenance on-site. Additional Equipment Repair: Repair other types of equipment beyond the listed items as needed. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, installations, and maintenance performed. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and be willing to learn and develop new skills. Qualifications Extensive experience in repairing office machines and computers, as well as installing and maintaining networks. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to maintain client relationships. Humble, eager to learn, and willing to improve and develop professionally. Ability to work on-site as required. Preference will be given to candidates who can also repair additional types of equipment beyond those listed above.
