Key Responsibilities: • Handle domestic and international flight bookings, ticketing, and re-issues. • Manage reservations for hotels, tour packages, and transport services. • Provide exceptional customer service, answering client inquiries and resolving booking issues efficiently. • Stay up-to-date with airline policies, fares, and travel regulations.
