Requirements • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in airline ticketing and reservations. • Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) . • Strong knowledge of airline fares, ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds, and travel regulations. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
