The role mainly focuses on editing lecture videos using provided templates, supporting the marketing team with social media video content, and assisting with content shooting when needed. The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills, a good sense of timing and visual flow, and the ability to produce clean, engaging, and professional videos for both educational and marketing purposes. Responsibilities: • Edit lecture videos using the provided templates and guidelines • Organize and polish raw lecture footage into ready-to-publish educational videos • Add basic text, graphics, transitions, and audio adjustments where needed • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging social media video content • Edit short-form videos for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube • Assist with content shooting for educational and promotional materials • Ensure all videos follow Lucy-bridge Academy’s style, quality, and branding standards • Manage multiple editing tasks and deliver work on time • Work closely with content creators, instructors, and the marketing team Requirements: • Applicants are required to bring their own PC • Applicants must attach a portfolio when applying • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software • Strong understanding of video pacing, timing, and visual composition • Basic audio editing and sound balancing skills • Ability to edit lecture videos clearly and professionally • Ability to create engaging social media videos • Must be punctual, responsible, and professional • Ability to work both independently and with a team • Willingness to work full-time on-site Bonus Skills: • Experience in shooting video content • Basic knowledge of motion graphics • Experience editing educational or social media content • Knowledge of color correction and grading • Familiarity with AI-assisted video editing tools • Creativity, adaptability, and problem-solving skills This is a full-time on-site role.
