Overview We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Warehouse Expert for a short-term, intensive one-month project to overhaul, structure, and reconcile our inventory across two main warehouse locations (Fortune Warehouse and Behrawi medium Warehouse). The primary goal is to transform our storage spaces into traceable, controllable, and audit-ready environments. Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work The consultant will execute our 6-step physical inventory methodology: • Sorting & Cleaning: Prepare the warehouses and categorize items by condition (Active, Damaged, Obsolete, Expired, etc.). • Classification & Zoning: Organize items into designated main categories (IT, Office Furniture, Stationery, Archives, etc.) and establish specific warehouse zoning systems. • Shelf Coding & Tagging: Implement a standardized shelf coding system and manually tag assets using our mandatory alphanumeric tag format. • Archive File Management: Sort and code sensitive company archives (HR, Finance, Legal, Tax) into locked, dust-free storage according to strict retention rules. • Physical Counting & Reporting: Complete comprehensive inventory count sheets and deliver an obsolete stock listing, an archive register, and a final financial reconciliation report.
